My shading isnt anything special but i can tell you what not to do!
DONT SHADIN WITH BLACK DONT HIGHLIGHT WITH WHITE YOU'LL MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SHIT
PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU DONT USE BLACK OR WHITE TO SHADE 

we have so many other colors that would really make it look nice use those!
this really only applys to SAI users sorryyyyy
[i use the pen tool and blur tool throughout the whole thing]

make sure to change the lineart color to something more appealing and remember MY SHADING STYLE WONT WORK FOR EVERYONE, it's a good start but i'm still learning myself! and my shading styles change A LOT. So if mine doesn't work try others! or maybe play around and see what fits!
